Personally, i am really grateful Mr Ronald gave our group another chance for the presentation.
We did well, the collateral, posters, mood boards, ppt, Dvd, Dvd covers and animatics were all ready. Basically all that was needed was there. We really spitted the work well and every one did our part.
Although at the last minute we couldn't find our folder and started panicking, we carried on with the ppt, as we have already back up by including the images in the ppt.
Eventually, Greg found our folder in the print shop. thank you greg! ((:
We all were really glad when we heard Mr Ronald say "This is what I'm looking for".
The sentence really made us all smile and we were relieved that our hard work was not wasted.
Most importantly, we all as a group realized something important.
We learnt that it is not all about grades but more about what we've learnt doing the project. We know that its these lessons that will help us in the long run.
I feel that prioritizing the work is very very important. We have to learn to see what is more important and requires more area of focus before allocating time to the work. In addition,i've realized that in the real industry, we must never let the client have a chance to put us down. We must always be fully prepared and always have a backup and test out before any presentation.
In conclusion, I'm really grateful for this module because i know i've learnt a great deal from it. It is beyond marks but about team work, learning to prioritize and what to expect from clients. It is really useful for future and is definitely a step to prepare us for future project works and the industry.
Once again, thank you Mr Ronald for the second chance. I am glad our groups' hard work paid off, good job all! ((:
